Prabhakaran (Prabhu) Marudheri is a seasoned leader in the higher education/healthcare sectors. A Chartered Accountant from India, Prabhu has over 35 years of experience driving financial transformation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. Prabhu has held multiple executive leadership positions in various institutions across several geographies including India, USA and Antigua. His leadership has played key role in scaling operations, improving profitability and aligning financial strategy with long-term institutional objectives. Prabhu has also completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business helping bring global and strategic perspective to administration, management and organizational development.

Bhumika Patel is a passionate education consultant and experienced IT professional committed to supporting students in seeking their academic ambitions overseas. Being the Founder and CEO of DA Ocean Overseas, she provides expert advice to students, ensuring a hassle-free and well-informed transition into international education. With a solid educational foundation, Bhumika possesses a Master of Business Economics from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and an MSc in International Business Economics and Finance from the UK. She started her career as a technical SAP consultant at Wipro Ltd., where she gained several SAP certifications and hands-on experience in IT consulting. Bhumika pursued her passion for learning and founded DA Ocean Overseas in 2022. Her consultancy offers bespoke mentoring, admission guidance, and career guidance focused on enabling students to make smart choices and succeed anywhere in the world. She synergizes technical competence with strong knowledge of education systems globally. Revered for her devotion, compassion, and outcome-focused mentality, Bhumika has inspired thousands of students to accomplish their aspirations. In his current role, he serves as global director of international student recruitment and university partnerships, leading high-impact recruitment strategies across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and the Americas, driving sustainable enrollment growth and revenue through agent networks, local counselors, and B2B2C partnerships. He specializes in market expansion, strategic alliance building, and performance-driven team leadership, ensuring measurable results while strengthening institutional brand presence in diverse international education markets. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Communication Management, specialized in Advertising and Corporate Communications (Communications Management), from Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication (SIMC), Pune, and an Executive Master’s Degree from University of Oxford, Said Business School.
